Citizens For the Environment (CFE) association has been working in the environmental field for 31 years. The dozens of environmental struggles that we managed and led have enriched our knowledge and experience.

We have motivated thousands of people to cooperate with us in order to improve the environmental reality we live in: we have stopped several devastating projects, closed illegal landfill sites, impacted polluting plants’ work etc.

Our activities during the past 31 years were made possible by the support of the public.

With your support we can:

• Continue handling all the residents’ complaints that were not addressed by the authorities.
• Continue managing the class actions against polluting institutions until they implement the polluter pays principle.
• Train groups of volunteers for environmental community activism. Due to these actions, we can intensify the pressure on local authorities to provide healthy environments.
• Continue representing the people’s voice in front of the government, the Knesset and various governmental institutions.
• Work to raise the awareness in regard of environmental issues and climate among the Arab society and Arab press.
